RE: Letter of Intent to Utilize Diamond Fields at Paradise Coast Sports Complex
To Whom It May Concern,
Perfect Game is pleased to submit this Letter of Intent expressing our interest in utilizing the
diamond fields at Paradise Coast Sports Complex in Naples, Florida.
We are particularly interested in the following field types:
• Youth-sized fields to support our growing roster of youth baseball events in SW Florida.
We currently do not have a primary venue for these events.
• Softball fields to accommodate additional programming and expanded opportunities.
• High school-sized fields to serve as the primary overflow venue for several events
primarily based in Lee County at the MLB Spring Training fields.
As a national leader in amateur baseball and softball events, Perfect Game continues to seek
high-quality facilities that align with our operational standards and participant experience goals.
Paradise Coast's premier amenities and strategic location make it an ideal extension of our
Southwest Florida event footprint.
We would welcome the opportunity to further discuss field design and availability, scheduling
options, and any partnership opportunities that may enhance the value for both organizations.
Please consider this letter as our formal expression of interest. We look forward to collaborating
and working together to bring world-class events to the Paradise Coast Sports Complex.
Sincerely,
Taylor McCollough
VP—Operations

Hi Adrian,
We're looking to bring future Ripken Baseball and Bas_e.ballFactory programming to the Florida market and very
interested in the Paradise Coast Sports Complex once diamond fields are in place. Please let me know if there's
any plans to move forward with the diamonds in the near future. As you know,we're a huge fan of the facility and
currently been hosting SoccerYo.uth national events at your facility since day 1 of opening the facility. Looking
forward to bringing baseball programing as well to the Paradise Coast Sports Complex in the near future.
Thanks,

Subject: Florida USSSA Support for Paradise Coast Baseball Complex Expansion
Todd,
Thank you for reaching out regarding the proposed expansion of Paradise Coast Sports Complex to
include additional diamond fields. On behalf of Florida USSSA,we are absolutely in favor of this
development and see tremendous value in its completion.
Florida USSSA Baseball hosts over 12,000 teams annually, and our Fast Pitch Softball division brings in
approximately 7,000 teams each year. The addition of 11 new fields at Paradise Coast would be a game-
changer, and Florida USSSA would welcome the opportunity to partner with the venue for 40+
tournament dates per year.
Our events consistently generate significant economic impact, driving hotel stays, restaurant traffic, and
tourism revenue. We are confident that this partnership would not only benefit the local community, but
also elevate Paradise Coast as a premier sports destination.
Please don't hesitate to call me with any questions or if further details are needed ahead of your meeting
next week.

DUGOUT
Prospect Dugout Statement of Support
Paradise Coast Baseball Complex Proposal
May 16, 2025
Since 2015, Prospect Dugout has built one of the most recognized brands in amateur
baseball—serving as a bridge between youth players and the next level of their careers through
a unique blend of national events, digital media, and player development programming.
We are a Florida-based platform with national reach, and we believe Naples is the ideal
location for our long-term home base. The opportunity to anchor Prospect Dugout events at a
world-class facility in Paradise Coast will create immediate economic and media impact for
the community while establishing Naples as a premier baseball destination.
Our Brand Strength:
• 800,000+ followers, 30M+ monthly views, and 10M+ users reached monthly across
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X
• Recognized by athletes, parents, coaches, and scouts across all 50 states and
internationally
• Founded by a leadership team with professional baseball playing and coaching
experience, currently coaching in the Pioneer League (Billings Mustangs)
• Trusted by major brands and top-tier athletes in the amateur and professional baseball
space
National Programming & Community Impact:
• Host professional tryouts, high school showcases, youth tournaments, and
invite-only All-American events
• Past events include:
o Houston Call Up Experience (Eric Sim, Jose Canseco, former MLB players)
o Showcase coverage in Irvine, CA
o Atlantic League of Professional Baseball Tryout Camp (2019 - 2022)
o Upcoming Cleveland 2-day Showcase &9-inning game at Progressive Field
o Ongoing events in Florida, Texas, California, and beyond
• Prospect Dugout has access to elite travel teams and high-level talent, but is equally
committed to serving players of all levels—creating inclusive, community-strengthening
opportunities for local athletes and families.
FA PROSPECT
DUGOUT
Our Commitment to Naples:
If Paradise Coast is approved for development, Prospect Dugout is committed to becoming
a year-round event partner, offering programming such as:
• September—May: Showcases, tryouts, and player development weekends
• June—August: Weeklong tournaments, training camps, national team trials
• Annual marquee events that attract national attention and tourism
We would aim to utilize 8-12 fields with various age-specific dimensions (46/60, 50/70, 55/80,
60/90) and would work hand-in-hand with the community to ensure local players benefit directly
from these opportunities.
With the County's support, this facility—combined with our platform—has the potential to make
Naples the epicenter of baseball development and exposure in the Southeast. We strongly
support this proposal and are excited about the economic and social value it can bring to the
region.
