WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance No. 07-44, as amended, the Consolidated Code Enforcement Ordinance, which established the Collier County Code Enforcement Board to hear and decide cases in which violations are alleged of any provision of Collier County codes or ordinances; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 07-44, as amended, provides that the Collier County Code Enforcement Board shall consist of seven regular members and two alternate members; and WHEREAS, there are four vacant seats on the Committee; and WHEREAS, the Board previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS, The Board has made its nomination for appointment. in accordance with the requirements stated in Ordinance No. 21-02, as amended.
