RESOLUTION NO. 92-lli-
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION
OF A FEE SIMPLE INTEREST IN LANDS BY GIFT, PURCHASE
OR CONDEMNATION, WHICH ARE NECESSARY FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF PORTIONS OF CARSON ROAD AND WESTCLOX
STREET IN IMMOKALEE, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners. on November 12,
the Collier County Five and Ten Year Secondary Road
1989/90 through 1994/95 in order to establish
for the design, right-or-way acquisition and
of the various capital improvement projects which

and related facilities.
