(the "Contractor") and Collier County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, (the "County") (collectively,the "Parties"): WHEREAS, on October 22, 2024 (Agenda Item 16.C.6), the County entered into Agreement No. 24-056-NS "ProMinent Equipment Products and Services" (the "Agreement") with the Contractor to provide equipment, products, and services; and WHEREAS the County and the Contractor entered into an administrative First Amendment to the Agreement on January 15, 2025,to revise Exhibit A—Scope of Services and revise the Exhibit B —Fee Schedule; and WHEREAS the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to increase the total estimated maximum amount of expenditures stated in Section 4 of the Agreement from up to $100,000.00 per Fiscal Year to up to $185,000.00 per Fiscal Year due to continued growth of the County and maintenance and repair needs of aging equipment.
