Visitors will be asked to sign in and briefly describe the purpose of their visit. If the visitor is attending to discover more about the workings of the Library Advisory Board, s/he is welcome to stay for the duration of the meeting. If the visitor has a specific purpose, the Chair will recognize the visitor during Public Comments to speak for up to three (3) minutes.
