3. Original document has been signed/initialed for legality. (All documents to be signed by
the Chairman, with the exception of most letters, must be reviewed and signed by the
Office of the County Attorney.)
4. All handwritten strike-through and revisions have been initialed by the County Attorney
Office and all other parties except the BCC Chairman and the Clerk to the Board.
5. The Chairman's signature line date has been entered as the date of BCC approval of the
document or the final negotiated contract date whichever is applicable.
6. "Sign here"tabs are placed on the appropriate pages indicating where the Chairman's
signature and initials are required.
7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip
should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is uploaded to the
agenda. Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a
certain time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!

RESOLUTION NO. 2025 15,
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING TAMARA DECARO,
KRISTEN KERWIN AND MAUREEN ROBERTS TO THE PUBLIC ART
COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, on December 14, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners adopted
Ordinance No. 21-49, establishing the Public Art Committee as a seven member committee to
serve as a forum for advancing public art in Collier County and to make recommendations to the
Board of County Commissioners in matters relating to public art policies; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 21-49 sets forth the appointment process for the Committee,
the terms of office, and the categories of representation required of its membership; and
WHEREAS,there are three vacant seats on the Committee, and four seats expiring on April
12, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the Board previously provided public notice soliciting applications from
interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Committee has provided the Board with its recommendations for
appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that TAMARA DECARO, in the
category of Working Artist, KRISTEN KERWIN, as Employed by an Arts Organization, and
MAUREEN ROBERTS, as an Arts Fair Producer, are each hereby appointed to the Public Art
Committee, each to serve the remainder of a vacant term expiring on April 12, 2026.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED upon majority vote on this the 25th day of February,2025.
