As part of Collier County's annual monitoring for the PUD, the owner will provide to Collier County Community and Human Services Division(CHS)an annual report at least forty-five (45) days prior to the anniversary of the adoption of the PUD that provides the progress and monitoring of occupancy of income and rent-restricted units.
