Relating to Petition Number V-84-14C for a variance of property hereinafter
described in Collier County, Florida.
i WIiEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida in Chapter 125,
Florida Statutes, has conferred on all countien in Florida the
1 power to establish, coordinate and enforce zoning and such business
• regulations as are necessary for the protection of the public, And
WHEREAS, the County pursuant thereto ham adopted a Comprehensive µ
Zoning Ordinance establishing regulations for the zoning of particular
geographic divisions of the runty, among which is the granting of •
variances, and
i,1lF.RF.AS, the Board of Toning Appeals being the duly elected
i
constituted hoard of the area hereby affected, has held a public hearing

after notice as in said regulations made and provided, and has
considered the advisability of a variance from lot 'tree requirements
to request a rezoning from the minimum foot requirement of 40,000
square feet , in a "I" zone for the property hereinafter described, and
has found as a matter of fact that satisfactory provision and arrangement
has been made concerning all applicable matters required by said
regulations and in accordance with Section 11 . 1 .h of the Zoning I
Regulationn for the unincorporated area of Collier County, and
iWHEREAS, all interested parties have been given opportunity to be
heard by this Board in public meeting assembled and the Board having
considered all matters presented,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED By TEE POARD OF ZONING APPEAT.S "
of Collier County, Florida, that the petition a4-14C represented by
Francis W. Sams, with respect to the property hereinafter described as:

moved its adoption, seconded by Commissioner Holland and upon
