A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING CONSTANCE
BETTINGER AND REAPPOINTING LIZETTE HOMAR-RAMOS AND
KAYDEE TUFF TO THE GOLDEN GATE COMMUNITY CENTER
ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, on February 18, 1975, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) adopted
Ordinance No. 75-04, as subsequently amended, establishing the Golden Gate Community
Center Advisory Board to advise the Board on the budget and operation of the Golden Gate
Community Center; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 75-04, as amended, provides that the Advisory Board shall
be composed of three to five electors residing within the Golden Gate Municipal Services
District; and
WHEREAS, there is one vacant seat and two expiring seats on this Advisory Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Golden Gate Community Center Advisory Board has provided the
Board of County Commissioners with its recommendation for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that CONSTANCE BETTINGER is
hereby appointed to the Golden Gate Community Center Advisory Board, to serve the remainder
of a vacant term expiring on December 31, 2026 and that LIZETTE HOMAR-RAMOS and
KAYDEE TUFF are hereby reappointed to their seats, each to a three-year term expiring
December 31, 2027.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED upon majority vote on the 10th day of December, 2024.
