CONSIDERATIONS: On March 12, 2024, (Agenda Item 11.C), the Board accepted a project update on the Collier County Behavioral Health Center and directed to proceed with the design for 87 total beds (45 CSU, 30 adult Medicare/Acute and 12 ESAC) with an estimated construction cost of $49.9 million based on the Design Development package. Currently, the estimated construction cost remains in line with the anticipated amount discussed on March 12, 2024.
