NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of foregoing Recitals, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby mutually acknowledged, the parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 1. The above recitals are true and correct and incorporated herein by reference. 2.
