NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of foregoing Recitals, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby mutually acknowledged, the parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 1. The above recitals are true and correct and incorporated herein by reference. 2. The Parties hereby amend the Agreement to include `Environmental Review, Lead- based Paint Clearance and Abatement, and Asbestos Clearance and Abatement" into the Scope of Work as Project Component Two. The revised language for Part I Scope of Work, Section 1.2A, and Section 1.2B are stated in the attached Exhibit A, which shall be incorporated herein by reference. 3. The Parties wish to transfer $83,000 from Project Component One to Project Component Two, which leaves a remaining balance of $417,000 for Project Component One, as depicted in the attached Exhibit A. 4.
