FY 2025 Notice of MeetingsNOTICE OF MEETINGS QUARRY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of Quarry Community Development District will hold their meetings for Fiscal Year 2025 on the second Monday of every month as listed below at 1:00 p.m. at Quarry Beach Club located at 8975 Kayak Drive, Naples, Florida 34120, with the exception of July in which there will not be a meeting, as follows: October 14, 2024 November 11, 2024 December 9, 2024 January 13, 2025 February 10, 2025 March 10, 2025 April 14, 2025 May 12, 2025 Tentative Budget Approval June 9, 2025 August 11, 2025 Budget Public Hearing September 8, 2025 The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors may participate via phone. Any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place. Meetings may be continued to a date, time and location to be specified on the record at the meetings without additional publication of notice. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from the District Manager’s Office, 210 North University Drive, Suite 702, Coral Springs, Florida 33071, (954) 603-0033, or by visiting the District's website at https://www.quarrycdd.org/. Additionally, interested parties may refer to the District’s website for the latest District information. Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at these meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager’s Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
