NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS .
' of Collier County, Florida, that the petition V-86-6, filed by Dorsie
Whisman, with respect to the property hereinafter described as:
Lot 27 and the East 15 feet of Lot 26, Block "D",

recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 9, of the Public
Records of Collier County, Florida.

wherein said property is located, subject to the following conditions:

BE IT RESOLVED that this resolution relating to Petition Number
V-86-6 be recorded in the minutes of this Board.

moved its adoption, seconded by Commissioner Holland
and upon
