Initials of attorney verifying that the attached document is the version approved by the N/A is not BCC,all changes directed by the BCC have been made,and the document is ready for the y1•�,1,Ij an option for Chairman's signature. this line. 1 6 E 1 FIRST AMENDMENT TO SERVICE AGREEMENT #18-7475 FOR FENCING INSTALLATION AND REPAIR SERVICES THIS FIRST AMENDMENT made and entered into on this day of X`[ , 2024, by and between CARTER FENCE COMPANY (the "Contractor") and COLLIER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, (the "County") (collectively,the "Parties"): WHEREAS, on March 12, 2019, the County entered into Agreement #18-7475 with Contractor to provide fencing installation and repair services (the "Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the Agreement provided for an initial term of three years, with an option to renew the Agreement for two additional one-year periods; and WHEREAS, the Parties have exhausted all renewals, and the term of the Agreement is operating under an administrative extension and currently set to expire on September 7, 2024; and WHEREAS, the Parties desire to extend the term of the Agreement for year (1) additional year to provide continued services while the County is soliciting a new contract. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained, it is agreed by the Parties as follows: 1. Upon execution of this First Amendment,the term of the Agreement shall be extended for one- year (1) and shall expire on September 7, 2025, unless terminated earlier as authorized under the terms of the Agreement. 2. All fees will remain the same during the extension period. 3. Except as amended herein, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference, shall remain unchanged.
