FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT No. 18-7482
FOR
REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL AND CONSULTING SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into on this 2S4' day of Scene
2024, by and between RKL Appraisal and Consulting, PLC (the "Contractor") and Collier County, a
political subdivision of the State of Florida, (the "County" or"Owner") (collectively, the "Parties"):
WHEREAS, on April 23, 2019 (Agenda Item No. 16.A.1), the County entered into an
Agreement No. 18-7482 "Real Estate Appraisal and Consulting Services," (the "Agreement") with the
Contractor to perform real estate appraisal and consulting services for the County; and
WHEREAS, the Parties have exhausted all renewals and extensions available under the
Agreement and the Agreement is set to expire on October 19, 2024; and
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to extend the agreement for an additional six months under
the same pricing, terms, and conditions of the Agreement, or until new agreements are executed,
whichever is sooner, to allow staff time to solicit for the services and enter into new agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein
contained, it is agreed by the Parties as follows:
1. The above recitals are hereby incorporated into this First Amendment as if fully set forth
herein.
2. Upon execution of this First Amendment, the Parties agree to extend the agreement through
April 19, 2025.
3. This Agreement will be terminated upon the County's approval of a new contract(s) for
appraisal and consulting services without further notice, provided, however, that any work
under the existing contract(s) that has already commenced will be completed under the existing
contract.
4. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain the same.
