We are reaching out to you today as Pine Ridge Residents who want to express our desire to OPPOSE the rezoning
and variance application for the property at 438 Gordonia Rd.
This letter is written to strongly object to the subject companion Rezoning and Variance applications for the subject
property at 438 Gordonia Rd., located in the Pine Ridge Second Extension, Collier County, FL.
The request is to rezone the subject property from A, Agriculture to RSF-1 Single Family for the purpose of dividing
the originally platted lot into two separate parcels for resale. We strongly believe the re-zoning and variance
petitions for 438 Gordonia Rd should be denied.
