WHEREAS, on March 27, 2001, the Collier County Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) adopted CRA Resolution No. 2001-98 creating the Bayshore/Gateway Triangle Local Redevelopment Advisory Board to advise the CRA on matters relating to this redevelopment area; and WHEREAS, CRA Resolution No. 2001-98, as subsequently amended, provides that this Advisory Board shall consist of nine members to be appointed by the CRA and, when possible, the appointees shall represent the categories set forth in its current Bylaws; and WHEREAS, four seats on this advisory board expire on May 22, 2024; and WHEREAS, the CRA previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS, the Bayshore/Gateway Triangle Local Redevelopment Advisory Board has provided the CRA with its recommendation for appointment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COLLIER COUNTY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, that MICHAEL SHERMAN as a Bayshore business representative, JAMES TALANO as citizen at-large and MAURICE GUTIERREZ as an MSTU advisory committee member, are hereby appointed to the Bayshore/Gateway Triangle Local Redevelopment Advisory Board, each to a three-year term expiring on May 22, 2027.
