Dear Commissioners,
These AGENDA items are very important to me as they impact my quality of life and others
as it is literally in our back yard and even connecting to our 1 mile long dead end street.
The residents of 31st AVE NE are very much concerned of the possibility of our street
becoming a back entrance to this massive project on Oil Well.
(At the last BCC meeting when this was brought up, the church representative "promised"
that our street 31st AVE NE would NOT be used as a back road for the church).
They are requesting to expand their facilities from not only Church functions, but to other
public functions that will create income for the church without paying taxes..
This complex will be more of a benefit to the church than to the residents that it impacts.
These facilities will also bring in outside traffic into the Estates.
Oil Well is already a freight road with the schools and increasing density of communities. .
The additional 14 acres on 31st AVE NE are right inside residential areas with homes on
either side.
It is promised to not be a road - so what is the plan - dorms for the College/University?
Will a wall be built to prevent it from being used as an exit?
What will divide these acres from nearby Neighbors?
The projects purposed have more public functions than church.
What does a church need with retail, to sell their agricultural products, Social services,
government, Physical fitness facility, a Church is a place of worship not a recreational center..
This will create more noise with the increase in traffic and possibility of more accidents with
people making left turns.
I can already hear the games from the schools.
This is a Community of commercial uses disguised as a Church.
Plus I was told at the last meeting by their Church Representative that the church would be
having DAILY and more activities and not just function as a church on Sundays and
holidays.
This is not needed - the increase of daily traffic, noise from activities will greatly impact our
neighborhood quality of life.
Church ok - but not the increase in Public facilities that will benefit the church with income.
The Estates is already losing taxes because it is a church and now they want to include non-
profits that will make money, but not pay taxes..
The Estates is getting tired of being the CASH COW.
Now I wonder how many of the commissioners will reply to this email and if there is a reply
will it be a standard form - "received your email, thank you for your concerns." ?

Dear Commisioners,
I am a writing to you in regards to recent rezoning of land at the SE corner of Livingston Road
and Veterans Parkway in Collier County. PL20220003225 and PL20220003226 were
approved for retail plus a gas station with car wash. We have heard it will be a Seven Eleven
gas station.
I am a current resident of the Camden Lakes Community on Livingston Rd. and have been
since 2015. Livingston Rd. has been all residential from Bonita Beach Rd. to Immokalee Rd.
except for a Catholic school and North Naples Middle school. We now have a new high
school on Veterans which empties traffic solely into Livingston Rd.
I understand there was a zoning meeting regarding the gas station held at the library on Orange
Blossom. We were unaware of this meeting. I spoke with the property manager at Mediterra
Community who attended the meeting. He and a resident of his community attended and
spoke their concerns of more traffic from a gas station. He said it was poorly attended. Not
sure what communities were invited as we were not. We have several large communities on
Livingston Rd. including Vasari, Talis Park, Mediterra, Allura Apts., Ardena, Barrington
Cove, Verona Point, Camden Lakes, Milano, Delasol, and Carlton Lakes.
We have plenty of traffic with a grade school and high school coming onto Livingston from
Veterans and a private school and middle school on Livingston Rd. besides all the residents of
the communities on the road coming and going daily. The developer told the zoning board the
gas station will take a load of traffic away from Bonita Beach Rd. and Immokalee Rd. as
residents will not have to go there for their gas.
I buy my gas when I am out in the community shopping and do not run out to just buy gas
nearby. I would guess many residents living in Livingston communities do the same and most
likely many use Costco and Sams Club gas.
Currently large trucks are not allowed on Livingston Rd. A gas station would require large
fuel tanker trucks to run up and down the road. My experience buying gas at a SevenEleven
gas stations has been to stand in line inside (I pay cash for gas) with people buying snack,
lunch, beer, cigarettes, etc. It may also become popular with the high school students before and
after school. A student was already hit at this intersection the first week of school this yr. I do
not think a gas station/car wash is what the majority of residents living on Livingston Rd.
desire. The attached article shows there was no discussion at the neighborhood zoning meeting
with resident concerns. We were not invited!

Hello
I am writing to express my concern and complete shock that Mr Hall and other commissioners approved and believe
it is a good idea to build a 7/11 gas station at Livingston and Veterans Memorial Dr.
I live in a community just south of the intersection and our area has three schools.
A gas station at that intersection makes no sense.
Based on social media in North Naples and neighborhood threads the majority is not in favor.
So frustrating had to share.

Will the Church connect to Collier Water and Sewer for all of these planned facilities or will
it be on their property next to the neighbors?
They have already had problems when they built their lake, flooding nearby impacted
residents, and tearing down fences and trees, on private property because they did not get
proper GPS boundaries.
