certain time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!

RESOLUTION NO. 2024 -46
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING FIVE INITIAL
MEMBERS TO THE ROCK ROAD IMPROVEMENT MUNICIPAL
SERVICE TAXING UNIT ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, on January 23, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners adopted
Ordinance No. 24-03, re-establishing the Rock Road Improvement Municipal Service Taxing
Unit (MSTU); and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 24-03 sets forth the appointment process for the
Committee and the categories of representation required of its membership, and the initial
terms of office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following members are
hereby appointed to the Rock Road Improvement MSTU Advisory Committee, with their
terms set as follows:
