VII. Community Center & Wheels Park Facilities Updates
A. Community Center:
1. Field Gazebo – Painting & Staining; work order established
2. Commercial refrigerator in the kitchen. Will be removed from Asset Inventory
3. Marquee’s lights are out. Contractor will troubleshoot the issue.
5. Center light post in parking Lot is tilted.
6. Restroom floors are still listed for renovations; budget approved.
7. Hallway Gate: Looking for additional contractors & quotes.
8. Gym Stage Floors: Quote provided
B. Wheels Skate & BMX Park:
1. The skate park final phase has been approved & PO established.
2. Announcing Tower Tarp Replacement
3. Maintenance preparations for BMX Qualifier
