FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, on June 4, 1985, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance
No. 85-25 which created the Woodbridge Planned Unit Development (PUD); and
WHEREAS, on April 10, 1990, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance
No. 90-28, changing the name of the PUD from Woodbridge PUD to Monterey PUD; and
inadvertently changing the floor area from "Minimum" to "Maximum" in Section 2.04.05 of the
PUD document; and
WHEREAS, Planning staff has determined that the change to Section 2.04.05 of the PUD
document in Ordinance No. 90-28 constitutes a scrivener's error.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that:
SECTION ONE: Amendment to Section 2.04.05 of the PUD document attached to
Ordinance No. 90-28 to correct a scrivener's error
Section 2.04.05 of Ordinance No. 90-28 is hereby amended as follows:
2.04.05 MAXIMUM MINIMUM FLOOR AREA:
One story: 800 square feet
Two story: 1200 square feet

SECTION TWO: Effective Date
This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State.
