minimum floor area per multi-family rental dwelling unit to 250 square feet on the

an update on the 30-acre, 400 plus-unit affordable housing development to be built on the
south portion of the Golden Gate Golf Course property.

I'd like to thank the Collier County Sheriffs Office, the Greater Naples Fire Department
and Civic Association members who placed the flags along Golden Gate Parkway in

Dear Chairman McDaniel,
I hope this email finds you well. My name is Cindy Darland, Executive Director
of The First Tee of Naples/Collier.
The First Tee is a positive youth development program that teaches character
development and 9 Core Values (Honesty, Integrity, Sportsmanship, Respect,
Confidence, Responsibility, Courtesy, Judgment, Perseverance) through the sport
of golf. The program is for all children in Collier County ages 7 - 18 years of age.
We are a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization. Twelve years ago we started our chapter
with 30 young people in attendance. Today we are reaching over 1,000 children in the
Naples/Collier community plus 30,000 children in the Collier County Public Schools.
Our program relies heavily on the use of the Golden Gate Country Club golf course. I
would be grateful for the opportunity to visit with you concerning the Golden Gate
Country Club golf course currently for sale and to share with you the benefits our
organization could bring to the discussion table.

Hello Commissioner McDaniel,
I have seen you multiple times at various board meetings (recordings). I want to thank you for your efforts to conserve
the habitats we share with our wildlife in Golden Gate Estates. I noticed a disturbing planning application and wanted
to make sure it was on your radar. I live just off 23rd St SW so hopefully I will be noticed if this moves forward.
The properties in the Application have been listed as "Pending with Contingencies" on the MLS since 2/16/2023. Is
there anything that I can do to help make sure that this conservation are near Nancy Peyton Preserve is not leveled to
put in a golf course. It would be so sad. I see so many amazing woodpeckers and gopher tortoises in this area. Please
look into this GMP amendment and help make sure this application doesn't move forward. I"m not against the
development but I am against a GMP amendment to allow additional golf courses in the RFMU district,especially
neutral or sending lands. I've attached some of the documents for your convenience.
