WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County ("Board") seeks to allow a member of the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee to be appointed as a non-voting member of the Development Services Advisory Committee to better facilitate dialogue amongst the development community and advocates for affordable housing to address the affordable housing crisis in Collier County and improve cross-communication between the committees; and WHEREAS, the Development Services Advisory Committee was established by Ordinance No. 93-76 and amended by Ordinance No. 95-60.
