Attachment: Pepper Ranch Camp Host Agreement Amendment One 16A 6 AMENDMENT#1 TO CAMP HOST VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT This Amendment to Camp Host Volunteer Agreement is made and entered into this ZAJday of /1, vs.f , 2023, by and between Collier County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida("COUNTY")and the Randy and Donna Wolfe, the Camp Host Volunteers. RECITALS: WHEREAS, on July 12, 2022 (Agenda Item 16D2), the County and the Camp Host Volunteers entered into a Camp Host Volunteer Agreement for the Camp Host Volunteers to provide preserve visitors with information and to assist preserve staff with keeping the campground,restrooms,and hiking trails accessible and clean during seasonal months; and WHEREAS, the Parties agree that the Camp Host Volunteers in exchange for their volunteer services, the County will provide the Host Volunteers with a campsite that has electric, water, and sewer hookups throughout the duration of the Volunteer Program; and WHEREAS, the Parties wish to further extend and amend the Camp Ilost Volunteer Agreement as set forth below. WITNESSETH: NOW, THEREFORE, the County and the Camp Host Volunteers agree to amend the Agreement as follows: The recitals above are true. correct and incorporated herein. 1. The Agreement is hereby extended through July 31, 2024. 2, Section 6 is amended as follows: The Camp Host Volunteer Program runs from October 1st to April 30th(May and June are optional). 'l'he Host Volunteer agrees to volunteer at least 4 days a week (hours will vary)for a maximum of 8-months and a minimum of 20 hours/week for one person and 30 hours/week for a couple acting as Volunteer Hosts together. The Host Volunteer may arrive and set up the campsite thirty days prior to the start of the Volunteer Program and remain on property for thirty days following the Volunteer Program as authorized by Staff. Host Volunteer must remain on property with their camp set up and not leave the camp unattended for longer than 24-48 hours at a time absent specific written approval from Staff. 3. Except as modified by this Amendment, Camp Host Volunteer Agreement as previously shall remain in full force and effect.
