WITNESSETH: NOW, THEREFORE,the COUNTY and CITY agree to amend the Interlocal as follows: 1. The recitals above are true, correct and incorporated herein. 2. The Interlocal Agreement,as previously amended,is hereby extended to September 30, 2023, with no renewal period. 3. Except as modified by this Amendment, the Interlocal Agreement as previously amended shall remain in full force and effect.
