Public interest in a portion of the platted 10-foot drainage easement
located along the east border of the southerly portion of Lot 28, Holly
Terrace, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 64, of the Public Records of
Collier County, Florida, located in Section 23, Township 50 South, Range
25 East, Collier County, Florida, and to accept Petitioner's grant of a 10-
foot wide by 53-foot long drainage easement to replace the vacated
drainage easement.
