1. This change order will add 90 days to the project. The substantial completion date will change from June 8, 2023 to September 6,
2023, and the final completion will be October 6, 2023,
2. The change was not included because it was unknown to the Contractor at the time of bidding that there was a shortage of plant
materials for this project, They are continually sourcing plant materials from nurseries throughout the SUMP of Florida to complete
the work.

Hannula Landscaping and Irrigation, Inc. is requesting and additional ninety (90) days to complete
project 22-8046 Davis Boulevard (SR-84) Landscape Improvements Grant Funded for the following
reasons.
1. The request is due to the shortage of plant material throughout the state of Florida. We have
contacted numerous nurseries only to find that the plants specified are not available or only
can be found in limited quantities.
2. We are continuing to source materials daily to meet the requirements and have sent requests
for additional contacts that may have the plants needed.
3. The responses we get are that the plants are not available or may be available at a future date
beyond our timeline for the project.
4. At present we are trying to locate the following:
