Dear Beth Johnssen,
It has come to my attention that an erroneous billing statement was mailed to the County approximately
two weeks ago. This billing came from our property manager, who is in the process of being dismissed.
Respectfully we ask that you disregard this billing statement. The accurate and true balance owed is
supported by the amortization schedule attached,which shows a balance of$29,499.75,with interest to
continue at the rate of 18%as allowed by Florida Statue.
I understand that this financial debt will be addressed in today's Commissioners Board Meeting,which I
look forward to a favorable resolution.
