This event celebrates and promotes our local Southwest Florida agricultural industry, the great diversity and abundance of the crops and commodities it produces, and its tremendous cultural and economic importance to our Southwest Florida community. This Spring’s event is evolving to include CCFB’s first AgVenture experience during which students from local Collier County schools will participate in fun, educational presentations and experiences promoting multiple Southwest Florida crops and commodities. The first annual Spring (April) 2022 event was successful despite unseasonal inclement weather. The Fall (November) 2022 event was wildly successful with standing room only the first night, and a sellout the second night. CCFB committed a percentage of the event proceeds to the Florida Farm Bureau Federation (FFBF) Hurricane Ian Agricultural Disaster Relief Fund and earned the distinction of being the first county Farm Bureau to make a cash donation in the amount of $2,243.90. CCFB needs your help! This annual event’s continued success and growth in visibility, popularity, attendance, and scope depends on the support of generous sponsors and “ag advocates” like you. CCFB has heard the feedback and suggestions of event attendees, sponsors, and stakeholders, and is committed to providing improved seating, and more security, bathroom facilities, and vendors, all of which will require an expenditure of much greater financial resources. CCFB aspires to develop long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with our event sponsors. Please find on the opposite side of this page the 2023 2nd Annual AgVenture & Rodeo Sponsorship information form which contains detailed descriptions of the available sponsorship levels and packages. CCFB’s Board of Directors will continue to include a complimentary one- year FFBF membership for your organization with any event sponsorship package you may choose as part of our ongoing mission to facilitate the growth of CCFB’s membership by adding voices of influential local stakeholders that will help guide our efforts to advocate agriculture on the state, national, and especially local levels in the Collier County and Southwest Florida area. I look forward to the opportunity to communicate with you at your earliest convenience via voice call, text, and/or email to provide details and answer any questions you may have, and to arrange sponsorship payment. Please RSVP with your sponsorship commitment by or before 3/31/23; please remit sponsorship payment by or before 4/14/23. Have a very productive day!
