7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip N/A
should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is uploaded to the
agenda. Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a
certain time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!
8. The document was approved by the BCC on 4/26/22 and all changes made during the JAK
meeting have been incorporated in the attached document. The County Attorney
Office has reviewed the changes,if applicable.

RESOLUTION NO. 2022 - 76
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING JACOB WINGE, ELLE
HUNT, HECTOR SANCHEZ, AND MELANIE MILLER TO THE
COUNTY GOVERNMENT PRODUCTIVITY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, on January 12, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) adopted
Ordinance No. 21-02 reestablishing the County Government Productivity Committee
(Committee),which was further amended by Ordinance No. 21-16; and
WHEREAS, the Committee shall consist of eleven members,with one member appointed
from each of the five commission districts and six members at-large, in accordance with the
qualifications described in Ordinance No. 21-02, as amended; and
WHEREAS,there are four vacant at-large seats on the Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board previously provided public notice soliciting applications from
interested parties; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Burt Saunders has made a nomination for appointment, in
accordance with the requirements stated in Ordinance No. 21-02, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that JACOB WINGE, ELLE HUNT,
HECTOR SANCHEZ, and MELANIE MILLER are each hereby appointed to the County
Government Productivity Committee as at-large members, to serve two-year terms expiring on
March 9, 2024.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED upon unanimous vote on the 26th day of April, 2022.
