7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip N/A
should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is uploaded to the
agenda. Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a
certain time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!
8. The document was approved by the BCC on 4/26/22 and all changes made during the JAK
meeting have been incorporated in the attached document. The County Attorney
Office has reviewed the changes,if applicable.
9. Initials of attorney verifying that the attached document is the version approved by the J,k/d

RESOLUTION NO.2022 - 75
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEREDITH MCLEAN
AND SHERRY REGO, AND REAPPOINTING KELLY HYLAND, TO
THE ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2004-06 established the Animal Services
Advisory Board to generate community involvement in order to aid the Collier County Domestic
Animal Services Department; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2004-06 provides that this Advisory Board shall consist of
seven members who represent the areas of expertise as set forth in the Ordinance;and
WHEREAS, there are four vacant seats on this Advisory Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Animal Services Advisory Board has provided the Board of County
Commissioners with its recommendation for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that MEREDITH MCLEAN, as a
Humane Society representative, is hereby appointed to the Animal Services Advisory Board to
fill the remainder of a vacant term expiring on April 13, 2024; that SHERRY REGO, as a Law
Enforcement representative, is hereby appointed to the Animal Services Advisory Board to fill
the remainder of a vacant term expiring on April 13, 2023; and that KELLY HYLAND, is
hereby reappointed as an At-Large member to a four-year term expiring on April 13, 2026.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED by majority vote on this 26th day of April, 2022.
