EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to request the Clerk of the Circuit Court add a notation to the original recorded plat of
Skysail Phase One.
OBJECTIVE: To have the Board of County Commissioners ("Board") request the Clerk of the Circuit Courts
Recording Office to make a notation on the recorded plat of Skysail Phase One.
CONSIDERATIONS: On November 4, 2022, the plat of Skysail Phase One was recorded in Plat Book 70, Pages
40-58 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Additional easement dedications were subsequently
recorded separately (O.R. Book 6195, Page 3629). In order to assist anyone reviewing the recorded plat in the
future, County staff requests the Clerk make a notation on the recorded plat, directing them to the separately
recorded easement dedication.
FISCAL IMPACT: The separate instrument recording fees were paid for by the Developer.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no growth management impact associated with this action.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item has been approved as to form and legality, and requires a majority vote
for Board approval. --DDP
RECOMMENDATION: To endorse staff s recommendation to request the Clerk of the Circuit Courts Recording
Office to make the following notation on the cover sheet of the recorded plat of Skysail Phase One, recorded at Plat
Book 70, Pages 40-58, Public Records of Collier County, Florida:
* Refer to Official Record Book 6195, Pages 3629-3632 for Drainage (D.E.), Lake Maintenance (L.M.E.), and
