Tell us your story, how has your organization or company given back to the community?
Provide an example.
Our owners were one of the founding members of the Naples Winter Wine Festival. Our General
Manager has been deeply involved with Special Olympics for 30 years. We also have muliple
employee's involved with the Sunchine Kids which is a charity for children stricken with cancer.
We work with St. Mathew's House continuously throughout the year to donate to them any items
that would benefit them.
We work with all non-profit agencies by donating gift certificates for any fund raising events.
Most recently, we provided complimentary guest rooms to the Gold Star families who were
displaced because of hurricane Ian for as long as they needed.
What makes your company a great place to work?
Describe your culture and accomplishments.
Being a small business with 35 employee's our philosophy is "Everyone does Everything
no matter what their position is". On any given day you will see the General Manager working
in the breakfast area bussing tables and talking with guests or the Director of Sales driving guests
to the beach and the Front Desk staff or the Bellman collecting garbage and taking it to our
dumpster. This happens on a daily basis with the entire staff pitching in, which is one of the
reasons we are number one for guest satisfaction out of 57 hotels in Collier County on Trip Advisor
for over a year now.
Because it is such a great environment to work, we have the pleasure of having both multi
generational relatives as well as husbands and wives working here as team members for many years.
Our retention of team members is 7.1 years with a few of them having been with us for more
than 16 years.
