Pursuant to the dedications on the plat of Parrot Cay, as recorded in Plat Book 58, Pages 75 through 78, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida,the northwest side of the Property is subject to and encumbered by a 7.5' drainage easement and irrigation easement (collectively, the "District Easement"). The District is the owner and holder of certain rights in the District Easement. We have been advised that the owner of the Property desires to vacate eleven inches of the District Easement, as shown more particularly on the attached Exhibit"A" (the "Vacated Easement"). Additionally, we have been advised that Collier County has requested a letter from the District authorizing the vacation of the Vacated Easement. At the meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the District held on September 1, 2022, the Board authorized this issuance of a letter of no objection to the vacation of the Vacated Easement. Accordingly, the District has no objection to the vacation of the Vacated Easement in the configuration presented to the District.
