The subject matter of this meeting may be an item for discussion and action at a future Board of County Commissioners meeting. The subject matter of this meeting may be a z future item for discussion and action at a future CCPC meeting. , a� Public Comment on SHIP Incentive Strategies Report: as This meeting will also service as a Public Hearing on the 2022 SHIP Incentive Strategies Report. At this U Public Hearing, the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) will take public comment on the 2022 SHIP Incentive Strategies Report. This report addresses the following State -required affordable housing incentives: Expedited Permitting of Affordable Housing, Modification of Impact Fees, Density Flexibility, d Reservation of Infrastructure Capacity, Parking & Setback Requirements, Accessory Dwelling Units, Flexible c Lot Configurations, Modification of Street Requirements, Process of On -Going Review Impacting Housing, z Public Land Inventory and Development Near Transportation. Upon approval by the AHAC, the report will Q be presented to the Board of County Commissioners on December 13, 2022. Collier County Ordinance No. 2004-05 requires that all lobbyists shall, before engaging in any lobbying activities (including, but not limited to, addressing the Board of County Commissioners, an advisory board or quasi-judicial board), register with the Clerk to the Board at the Board Minutes and Records Department.
