Dock has been extended without first obtaining a Collier County Building permit. FOLIO NO: 46273080002 PROPERTY ADDRESS: 237 Harbor PL N, Goodland, FL 34140 Date of Hearing Notice by Certified Mail: 10/12/22/ Date of Property/Courthouse Posting: 10/18/22 Officer Asaro represented the County and testified during an site investigation on April 20, 2022, and review of historic aeiral photos of the property, he determined a dock had been extended on the property. On 6/22/22, County Building Official Jonathan Walsh opined the improvement required a County permit. Peter Flood, Attorney, and Joshua Erickson were present. Mr. Flood testified the Respondent acknowledges the violation exists howvever he did not enter into a stipulation as he is obtaining a building permit on the property and the 30 day timeframe discussed with the County to abate the violation is not feasible given permits need to be issued and the construction on the lot completed. Special Magistrate Neale recommended the parties meet to determine if a Stipulation may be executed. Multiple plants along the neighbor’s fence line that appear to be prohibited exotic species. FOLIO NO: 36660560006 PROPERTY ADDRESS: 4691 7th Ave NW, Naples, FL 34119 Date of Hearing Notice by Certified Mail: 10/12/22 Date of Property/Courthouse Posting: 10/14/22 Officer Marinos represented the County Evidence Entered: Exhibit 1: 1 photo dated 3/8/22 Exhibit 2: 1 photo dated 3/8/22 Exhibit 3: 1 photo dated 6/15/22 Exhibit 4: 2 photos dated 11/3/22 Exhibit 5: Environmental Determination Form Officer Marinos testified he inspected the property on 3/8/22 as the result of a neighbor complaint. Following a review, on 3/28/22 exotic growth was identified and a violation was issued. The violation remains as of today. Michelle Messina testified the area on the property has been the subject of neighbor complaints and there is a question on the location of the property line separating their lands from the complainent. Manager Letourneau WITHDREW the case for the exact location of the exotics to be indentified. This would inlcude requesting the complainent to provide a survey of the property line in question. 30.
