The Chairman's signature line date has been entered as the date of BCC approval of the DW document or the final negotiated contract date whichever is applicable. 6. "Sign here" tabs are placed on the appropriate pages indicating where the Chairman's DW si nature and initials are required. 7. In most cases (some contracts are an exception), the original document and this routing slip DW should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE. Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines! 8. WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2), Florida Statutes, provides that the Board of County Commissioners (hereinafter also referred to as 'Board") at any time within a fiscal year may amend a budget for that year, and provides the procedures therefore; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, has received copies of budget amendments which provide for but are not limited to: revenue from grants, donations or contributions, or insurance proceeds for a designated purpose; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, has received copies of budget amendments where increased receipts for enterprise or proprietary funds received for a particular purpose may be appropriated and expended for that purpose. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, has received copies of budget amendments where reserve for future construction and improvements are appropriated for the purposes for which the reserve was made; and WHEREAS, the Board has determined that it is appropriate to amend the Budget for Fiscal Year 2022-23 by resolution pursuant to Section 129.06, Florida Statutes.
