To offer this program to your employees you must complete a Commitment Agreement annually. It is time to complete your agreement for the 2022-2023 program year. The agreement is effective July 1, 2022. If you currently have employees participating in the 2022-2023 School Readiness Program rv= tci,, you too r')U`,t complete a new agreement to continue childcare services as of July 1, 2022. Subject to availability of funds, the School Readiness Match Program provides funds to expand the provision of services to low-income families at or below 200% of the federal poverty level as long as the income does not exceed 85% of the state median income. Eligibility: The total family income of employees participating in the School Readiness Program Match must follow eligibility guidelines. Participants are employed a minimum of 20 hours per week to be eligible for participation. Changes to the employee's work schedule or family income may affect eligibility for the program and report all changes to the ELC immediately. Employees may not receive childcare assistance through the school readiness/early learning program and the School Readiness Program Match at the same time. The Early Learning Coalition staff will determine employee eligibility for the program. Parent Fees: Families will be required to pay a portion of the childcare costs based on a sliding fee schedule as approved by the Coalition Board of Directors. Internal Revenue Service (IRS): See www.dol.gov and www.irs.gov for further information. Generally, an employer regularly pays employees for services rendered and withholds social security/Medicare and income tax.
