Because RPM has been the go-between on this, I have (this afternoon) contacted and left a voice message with the City Attorney's office to advise this easement will be going to the Board tomorrow, and she should expect to receive it for final execution and recording. It was agreed between County EPMD Director, Matt Mclean, and RPM Manager, Jennifer Belpedio, that we would leave the recording of the document in the hands of the City.
