The Conditional Use is not effective until the Agreement between Collier County and the State of Florida under 380.032(3), FS is fully executed, and no other development orders will be approved until said execution. 2. The maximum total daily trip generation for the PUD shall not exceed 25 two-way PM peak hour net trips based on the use codes in the ITE Manual on trip generation rates in effect at the time of application for SDP/SDPA or subdivision plat approval. 3. All outdoor lighting must be held to the minimum necessary for security and safety in accordance with state and federal guidelines for listed species. 7. The Developer shall adhere to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Black Bear Management Plan, as applicable, at the time of PPL/SDP approval.
