RELATING TO PETITION NO. PU-84-2C

FOR PROVISIONAL USE OF PROPERTY
; . HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED IN COLLIER ;
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS. the Legislature of the State of Florida in Chapters
67-1246 and 125, Florida Statutes, has conferred on all counties in w
Florida the power to establish, coordinate and enforce toning and such
business regulations as are necessary for the protection of the public; w0_ .
and
WHEREAS, The County pursuant thereto has adopted a Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance establishing zoning of particular
geographic divisions of the County, among which is the granting of
provisional uses; and
WHEREAS. the Coastal Area Planning Commission. being the duly
1 appointed and constituted planning board for the area hereby affected,ed,
has held a public hearing after notice as in said regulations made and
provided, and has considered the advisability of Provisional Use "e"
in a Estates zone for the property hereinafter described, and has found

as a matter of fact that satisfactory provision and arrangement has
been made concerningall •applicable nutters •
required by said regulations
and in accordance with Section 13 - Id of the Zoning Regulations for the
Coastal Area Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, all interested parties have been given opportunity to be
ea heard by this Board in public meeting assembled and the Board having ••
considered all matters presented.
IOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of ZONING APPEALS of i

_ - Planning Commission in their public hearing on April b, 1984:
A. Detailed site drainage
plans shall be submitted to the County
Engineer for review.
No construction permits and until approval of the proposed construction hinlaccordance unless be issued
• the submitted plans is granted by the County Engineer.
B. Petitioner shall submit to the County Engineer, a Water Management Plan
to accomodate a 25-year/24-hour design storm event.
C. An excavation permit will be required for the proposed lake in
accordance with Collier County Ordinance No. 80-26, as amended by
Ordinance No. 83-3.
~ D. The 33 foot setback area shall be kept in natural vegetation. ,
E. A final site plan shall be submitted with the tennis and basketball
courts and the baseball field relocated out of the setback area and
the parking as required by :::::::::d:1:::e'-4-4-
