should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!

I. The Department shall provide fire protection for 392,538 acres of forest and wildlands within County.
2. The County shall, under the terms of this agreement; pay to the Department annually as its share of the
cost of providing such fire protection, $27,477.66, said receipts to be deposited as prescribed by Florida
Statute.
TO
