WHEREAS, Petitioner, Francesca Passidomo, Esq., of Coleman Yovanovich & Koester,
P.A., on behalf of the Property Owner, has requested that a public hearing be held pursuant to
Resolution No. 2021-243, to consider disclaiming, renouncing, and vacating the County and
public interest in all or a portion of the 30-foot and 60-foot Roadway, Right-of-Way, and/or
Ingress and Egress Easements as Recorded in Official Records Book 968, Page 975; Official
Records Book 1795, Page 1917; Official Records Book 284, Page 633; Official Records Book
279, Page 284; Official Records Book 238, Page 398; Official Records Book 404, Page 997; and
Official Records Book 416, Page 609 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, located in
Sections 11 and 14, Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, being more
specifically shown in Exhibit"A", attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, Petitioner does hereby request that the Board of County Commissioners
take appropriate action, including the adoption of a resolution setting the date and time of a
public hearing to consider disclaiming, renouncing, and vacating the County's interest in the
above right-of-ways in accordance with sections 336.09 and 336.10, Florida Statutes; and
'WHEREAS, the granting of the Petitioner's request will not adversely affect the
ownership or right of convenient access of the property owners, nor will it invade or violate
individual property rights.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that pursuant to Resolution
No. 2021-243, in a regular session of the Board of County Commissioners, a public hearing to
consider disclaiming, renouncing and vacating the County and Public interest in the above
described foot Roadway, Right-of-Way, and/or Ingress and Egress Easements, being more
specifically shown in Exhibit "A", will be held on the 12th day of July 2022, at 9:00 a.m., or as
