The parties entered into a grant agreement for the implementation of a Special Category grant, for Roberts Ranch Home Stabilization& Rehabilitation. The parties now mutually desire to amend certain terms and conditions of the grant agreement. Grant funds will also be used for HABS documentation,updating of the Florida Master Site File(FMSF) forms for the property, and grant administration.
