Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!
8. The document was approved by the BCC on 5/24/22 and all changes made during
the meeting have been incorporated in the attached document. The County MD
Attorney's Office has reviewed the changes,if applicable.

FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT #20-7731
FOR
CAT SHELTERS AND AMENITIES PURCHASE
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT made and entered into on this 24th day of May 2022,by and
between Brasco International,Inc.(the "Contractor")and Collier County,a political subdivision of
the State of Florida, (the "County") (collectively,the "Parties"):
WHEREAS, on September 22, 2020, (Agenda Item 16.D.10), the County entered into an
Agreement with Contractor to provide shelter structures and amenities needed for the construction of
new shelters for Collier Area Transit("CAT")passengers; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor is Primary vendor for the purchases of products under this
Agreement wherein prices are to remain firm during the initial term of the Agreement; and
WHEREAS,the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to modify Exhibit B—Fee Schedule
of the Agreement and allow for an increase prior to the end of the initial term of each line item price
for all categories in the amount of four percent (4%), due to extreme increases in material costs and
limited availability experienced by the Contractor; and
WHEREAS, the Parties agree that this adjustment shall be honored for the duration of the
initial term and shall be re-evaluated prior to each of the two one-year renewal periods.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein
contained, it is agreed by the Parties as follows:
1. Exhibit B - Fee Schedule in the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with
the Exhibit B-1 —Fee Schedule attached hereto.
2. Price changes shall commence upon final approval of the First Amendment and be in place
until September 21, 2023.
3. Unless modified through this amendment,all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall
remain the same.
