NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained, it is agreed by the Parties that: 1. The above recitals are hereby incorporated into this Second Amendment as if fully set forth herein. 2. The Agreement is hereby extended through May 7, 2023, or until a new agreement is negotiated and approved by the Parties. 3. Except as stated herein, all terms and conditions of Agreement #14-6274 shall remain in full force and effect.
