Notice is hereby given that the Collier Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) has opened a Public
Comment Period for the 2022 Transportation Disadvantaged Service Plan (TDSP) Annual Update. The public
comment period began on April 19, 2022 and will end on May 4, 2022. The Local Coordinating Board (LCB)
for the Transportation Disadvantaged is responsible for setting policy for the transportation disadvantaged
service and will consider approval of the 2022 TDSP Annual Update at their public meeting on May 4, 2022
after discussion of all comments received.
The TDSP is available on the MPO website at www.colliermpo.org. To access the TDSP scroll down to “Latest
News” and select the link titled “Public Comment Period for the Draft 2022 TDSP Annual Update.” The LCB
meeting agenda is available at: LCB Meeting Agenda. Individuals who would like to participate remotely
can click this link: LCB Zoom Meeting
One or more members of the Collier County Board of County Commissioners, Naples City Council,
Marco Island City Council, Everglades City Council and the Florida Department of Transportation
may be present and may participate at the meeting. The subject matter of this meeting may be an item
for discussion and action at a future meeting of those boards, councils or agencies.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations

The MPO’s planning process is conducted in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
and Related Statutes. Any person or beneficiary who believes that within the MPO’s planning process
they have been discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability,
