certain time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING SEVEN INITIAL
MEMBERS TO THE PUBLIC ART COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, on December 14, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners adopted
Ordinance No. 21-49 establishing the Public Art Committee; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 21-49 sets forth the appointment process for the Committee
and the categories of representation required of its membership, and the initial terms of office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following members are
hereby appointed to the Public Art Committee, with their terms set as follows:
