drive-thru and grocery stores as permitted uses, remove the car wash use and
related developer commitment, reduce the total commercial square footage from
5,650 to 5,250, and increase the maximum two-way PM peak hour net new trips
generation limit from 157+/- to 167+/-, on property located at the northwest corner
of Main Street (SR 29) and North 9th Street, Immokalee, in Section 4, Township 47
South, Range 29 East, Collier County, Florida, consisting of 3.04+/- acres; and by
