THIS DEED is made this 84, day of Fehr y , 2022, by COLLIER COUNTY, a
political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 3299 Tamiami Trail East, do the
Office of the County Attorney, Suite 800, Naples, FL 34112 ("Grantor"), to COLLIER HOMES, LLC, a
Florida limited liability company, whose mailing address is 600 Fifth Avenue S, Suite 207, Naples, FL
34102 ("Grantee").
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument
and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns. Grantor and Grantee are used
for singular or plural, as the context requires.)
WITNESSETH: That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
conveys to Grantee all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to the following described lands situate
in Collier County, Florida:
See Exhibit"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Being the same property described in that certain Road Right-of-Way, Drainage and Utility
Easement executed by Grantee in favor of Grantor recorded on November 24, 2020, in OR 5849, Page
2546, Official Records of Collier County, Florida. By virtue of the execution, delivery, and recordation of
this Deed, said Easement is hereby null and void and of no further force or effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused these presents to be executed in its name by its
Board of County Commissioners acting by the Chairperson of said Board, the day and year aforesaid.
